Investigations are conducted by Council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultants (CIEC), a professional credential issued by the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC). This certification recognises advanced competence in indoor environmental assessment, building moisture diagnostics, and contamination investigation, providing independent and professionally accountable evaluation of mold and moisture conditions.
Council-certified Microbial Remediation Supervisors (CMRS) oversee mold remediation projects, ensuring safe containment, proper removal of contamination, and compliance with industry standards.
