Investigations are conducted by Council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultants (CIEC), a professional credential issued by the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC). Where contamination involves HVAC systems, our investigations also consider the principles outlined in NADCA’s ACR Standard, the internationally recognised guideline for HVAC system cleanliness and restoration.
