Certifications

We are Internationally Certified, Internationally Experienced and Internationally Recognised.
These are international standards that define the correct standards and procedures for proper mold remediation.

Standard for Professional Mold Remediation

The IICRC S520 is one of the most widely recognised technical standards governing the investigation and remediation of mold contamination in buildings. Our investigative approach, contamination categorisation, and remediation scope development follow S520 principles, ensuring that findings are technically sound and aligned with accepted industry practices.

Council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultant

Investigations are conducted by Council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultants (CIEC), a professional credential issued by the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC). This certification recognises advanced competence in indoor environmental assessment, building moisture diagnostics, and contamination investigation, providing independent and professionally accountable evaluation of mold and moisture conditions.

Assessment, Cleaning and Restoration of HVAC Systems

Where contamination involves HVAC systems, our investigations also consider the principles outlined in NADCA’s ACR Standard, the internationally recognised guideline for HVAC system cleanliness and restoration. This ensures that ventilation and air-distribution systems are properly evaluated when determining contamination pathways and remediation requirements.

Together, these standards demonstrate that our investigations follow are in strict compliance with key industry standards and our methodologies have been directly shaped by them. This provides building owners, operators, insurers, and legal teams with a clear verifiable investigation plan and outcomes.
